The Graduate Entrepreneurship and Employment Readiness (GEER) program funded by the Finnish Fund for Local Cooperation; aims to utilize digital tools to create cost-effective, scalable services for young graduates to enhance their career readiness, knowledge, skills, attitudes, networks, and experience, while also addressing gender, environment, and health issues.
The GEER program offers youth job readiness and entrepreneurship training, mentorship, and linkages to support ecosystem, to transform their careers and increase access to employment.
